Guest Experience

We believe that everyone in our venue is a guest, staff, and patrons included. This means we work to ensure everyone has a great time. From making water and Powerade coolers for staff and clients to setting up locker rooms, green rooms, VIP areas, and tailgates. We truly have whatever it takes and can fill in any position for other departments within Night Owl. Specific positions for guest experience include ushers, suite attendants, Fan Experience Representative, and crew food assistants. We work on projects in the office like our first game certificate, inventory of stadium items, ensuring the quality of staff shirts and towels.

  Favorite Part about Night Owl: I never knew about Night Owl until I saw a post for a position on handshake. I just wanted a summer job, and a couple of months later here I am, a lead. This is what Night Owl is to me, a place for growth, leadership, and development. Here, you have an opportunity to learn from full time staff, and fellow students as well.

  About me: I’m from a little town in South-Eastern Nigeria, home to the Ibo people. I transferred to Kennesaw in 2016 and it has been a great experience. I am a very introverted person but being a part of Night Owl has helped me to challenge myself because of the emphasis on teamwork. I like console games and I am a huge soccer fan, what better place to work than the home to United 2. If you see me around come say hello, I will laugh at your jokes.
