KSU Events and Covid-19

Events and Meetings can proceed only with social distancing measures in place. Meetings and Events will remain in a “REMOTE FIRST” approach, where virtual options will continue to be encouraged whenever the outcome of the meeting will be minimally impacted. Face coverings required for all attendees. Capacities of rooms across both campuses have been analyzed and reduced to include these needs.

Our Mission

The Department of Event and Venue Management serves as the event coordinating, planning and operations office for Kennesaw State University. We support the University's mission through event engagement for our clients.

Our primary goal is to assist in creating exceptional events that best promote the University's initiatives. Our dedicated team collaborates with campus departments to assist and advise on event protocol, logistical coordination, facility layout, and cost management.
