Event and Venue Management is happy to support your virtual event. Our team can help with setting up the event, reserving event space, live broadcast, and other audio-visual needs. To determine the best platform for your event, please consult THIS CHART. Clients should log into KSU Reservations to submit an Internal Event Request, filtering the Location to Web Conferences and making the appropriate selection (Zoom Webinar, Teams Live, etc.). An Event Coordinator will be in touch to follow up with more details.
If you are needing to host a larger, more-complex event beyond our existing platforms
limitations, we are happy to connect you with existing partners.
Please note: the use of a platform outside of Teams, Zoom, or Blackboard may incur a cost.
